Hello, Everyone!

I haven't posted anything for quite awhile.  I am busy learning my now camera (Sony Alpha a55) and Photoshop and Lightroom.  This is a lot on my plate, especially since I am not that great at studying things!  But I want to improve my photography because (drum roll) I have been signed by a gallery in Vancouver BC!  Yes, it is true!  My very good friend Rodney Cirrol Clark took my photos to the gallery owner and convinced them to represent me.  He is a marvelous person and a very discerning artist and art consultant.  I am simply over the moon!  And this was all based on the photos I took with my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 point-and-shoot.  let us see what I can do with a 'grown up' camera :~)  i will be posting them soon.

    Robert, this is so great! I've known you for a short time and you've shared only a glimpse of your life with me. But in that short time, I've gained a great respect for you...you are talented, inspirational and have a glowing positive energy. Very excited to see what else you're going to share with us! P.S. Need an assistant? ;)

    Melissa, thank you so much. It means so much to hear this support from you. We did spend a short time together but I certainly felt a rapport with you. I wish I could spend much more time with you and get into some things together. And if I could have an assistant you would be a quick pick ;~)
    I am really wanting to see the pawn shop. That is one of the coolest things a husband could do. BTW: he is hot and so are you ;~O
